Is this a freehold property?
Yes, it is a freehold property, where boundaries are marked on all four sides for clear identification, each plot is geo-tagged, satellite map, stone marked, and is registered in the name of the customer.
What will be my status in the property after I purchase the plot?
You will be the Absolute Owner and Occupier with complete rights towards title of the Property.
What will be the document of purchase called?
Registered Sale Deed.
Can I buy the plot jointly along with my relative/friend/partner?
Yes. Two or more people can buy a single plot “Jointly”, under their title, but every such plot will always be a single entity/unit legally and cannot be divided between the parties involved. All the individual buyers will be owners of the entire plot collectively.
Are there any intermediates or agencies involved in the prospective sale?

To become a CoFarmer, the first step is to choose your preferred farm plot based on its size, price, weather patterns, the direction it's facing & of course budget. After selecting your farm plot, you can block it and then choose to either pay for it in full or avail of our easy EMI payment options over 12 or 24 months. Once your payment is complete, the land is immediately transferred to your name, and our in-house advocates facilitate the process to make it easy for you. Once you become a landowner, you automatically become a CoFarmer with StudioFarms. This means that you can start choosing the vegetables that you want to grow on your farm plot, and we'll create a custom design for you based on your preferences. Can I use my property for Commercial activities?
All StudioFarms' farm plots legally fall under the agricultural land segment and hence cannot be used for any commercial purpose whatsoever as defined by the law of the land. Even building a house (other than “farmhouse”) is considered a commercial activity and is not allowed by law.

If I had a farm plot at a StudioFarms property, could I build a house there?
Absolutely! As a landowner at StudioFarms, you have the flexibility to build your own farmhouse on your farm plot. You can build a house within 10% of the land you own as it is agricultural land. Moreover, you can also take help from our in-house design and civil teams who can assist you in designing and constructing your dream farmhouse on your farm plot. We have a range of designs to choose from or you can even bring your own unique design. Once the farmhouse is constructed, we also provide management services so that it is maintained and ready for you to use whenever you visit. So, you can have your own private and personalized farmhouse on your farmland at StudioFarms.
How is the maintenance of the farms taken care of?
A team of experienced and well-trained agronomists and logistics and operation teams ensures that the farmlands are managed with flair and everything is taken care of meticulously and sustainably. The maintenance charges are levied in two portions
a) Common Area Maintenance – Upkeep of all common areas like path access maintenance, farm security, irrigation systems, Rainwater harvesting, Motors / Pumps, Common Lighting, common amenities like the farm clubhouse and the resting areas etc
b) Farm Plot Maintenance – Each Farm Plot requires Compost application, Pruning, Spraying, and organic concoctions, Mulching, and Crop planning. All this is a part of the Farm Plot maintenance.
What type of plantation can be done on the farm?
Farming is based on sustainable principles & biodiverse crops are suggested for your farm plot. The customer can decide upon the type of vegetables. The plantation is done keeping in mind the three-layer system. That comprises tall, medium, and small trees. The main objective of this kind of plantation is to promote the farm to fork model which also promotes food freshness, safety, seasonality, and sustainability while ensuring the soil health improves every year and the food source is for generations to come.
Is there adequate access to and for all the plots?
All the plots have internal road access with the width of these roads ranging from 30ft to 24ft. All the internal roads are one way in order to manage the man & material flow in a seamless manner.
What kind of irrigation system is followed on the farm?
StudioFarms properties have a state of the art drip irrigation system on the entire farmland and farmplots as it helps conserve water and is auto-regulated.

The systems incorporated ensure a passive system for irrigation and soil enrichments is built in the design process.
Do you use chemical fertilizers and pesticides for the maintenance of plantations?
No chemical products are used as they deteriorate the quality of the soil. We follow the methods of sustainable & organic farming to build a regenerative naturally nurturing system and hence no chemical products are used.
How will the customers get the updates about the farm and what is happening in the farms?
Customers will get timely updates from our team regarding the processes being carried out at farmlands.
Can we have our pets on the farm?
Yes, StudioFarms is a pet-friendly space. You are most welcome to bring along your furry friends & watch them chase squirrels and run freely.
What are the security systems installed on the farm?
